Jump Rope Workout: Crossrope 300 Plus
Today's jump rope workout routine is fairly simple in structure, but not easy in practice. You and your partner are each going to work through 300 jumps with each rope in the Crossrope Plus Set, working your way from the 1/4 Lb agility rope to the 2 Lb Fury rope. The objective is to see how quickly you can complete a total of 1,200 jumps each, particularly as the jumps get harder and harder from rope to rope (that Fury is no joke). While one partner jumps, the other rests.
Note: you can also do this workout without a partner if you wish to try it. If you have a Plus Set, see how quickly you can complete the 300 Plus Challenge on your own!
