Intermediate Tip: To get the best out of your workout switch between the beginner technique and the intermediate technique regularly. For a strong challenging cardio workout use a lightweight skipping rope and blast through 10 minutes of cardio followed up by short paced skipping intervals using a heavyweight Crossrope Skipping rope. Once you feel comfortable with the intermediate technique you are one step closer to becoming a Crossrope skipping legend.
